Pupil Gateway Login Guide

If you just need to check you email please follow this guide here otherwise follow the below steps:

Go to Portals, then click on Gateway

Once the login page loads please enter your school network login details identical to those you would use in school and click Sign In

You will then be redirected to the page below, click on the St Peter’s icon

The Gateway will then begin to connect

After a delay of up to 60 seconds you will then be redirected to the a remote desktop as per below

If you want to print a document at home from the Gateway choose the Remote Desktop Virtual Printer

When you print to this a PDF will be saved to your local computer which you can then print

Problems Getting On?

If you are having issues getting on please follow the guide below.

You may encounter the following error message below.

When this error message occurs you will need to clear the cache on your web browser. 

The reason for this error is down to your PC looking at an old security certificate. Once you clear the browser Cache it will point to the right certificate. 

Please first try this fix first for both Windows and Apple Devices

Windows: Shift+F5

Apple: CMD+R

Then try again, if you are still having issues please follow the guide below on how to further clear cache

How to Clear Web Browser Cache? (Windows Devices)

If you are using Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox etc.

Simply press Ctrl+Shift+Del together and you will get a pop up window like the one below.

Please make sure to change Time Range to All Time.

Make sure only Cached Images and Files is checked.

Then simply press Clear Now.

You will now be able to sign into the portal.

Clearing Cache on mac OS (Apple Devices)

Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.

Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.

Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Cache.
