Governor Email Guide
To access your governor emails you will first need to click on the following link: https://login.microsoftonline.com
You will then need to enter the username and password that you have been supplied by the school. For security reasons and to allow you to reset your own password you will then be asked to enter a backup email address that will be used to reset your login. Follow the on-screen instructions to carry this out.
Click 'Set it up now'
Enter your personal email address and click 'email me'
Check your personal email for a new message contaning the code, enter it in the relevant box and click 'Verify'
The account is now setup so click 'Finish' to access your inbox
For security reasons please ensure you change your password once you have successfully logged on by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen, select 'My Account' then 'Manage Security & Privacy'.
Governor Emails on Phones/Tablets
To access governor emails on your mobile phone or tablet you will need to download the office Microsoft Outlook app from your app store using one of the following links: App Store for iOS App Store for Android Once you have downloaded the app and opened it you will be presented with a screen similar to below.
Enter your username and password supplied to you by the school to complete the setup. Please note that for security reasons you are required to have a PIN number set to unlock your mobile device, if you do not have this set up then the app will not allow you to access governor emails on your device.
