GCSE Class of 2026
St Peter's Catholic School is delighted to celebrate the excellent achievements of our Year 11 pupils as they receive their GCSE results today.
We congratulate all members of the Class of 2026 for the commitment, determination and resilience they have demonstrated throughout their time at St Peter's. Their results reflect not only their academic ability, but also the hard work, perseverance and positive attitude they have shown in overcoming challenges and striving to achieve their very best.
We are particularly pleased to share the following headline outcomes:

These results are a source of immense pride for our school community and highlight the dedication of our pupils and the support they have received throughout their educational journey.
As our pupils move on to the next stage of their lives, whether joining St Peter's Sixth Form, pursuing further education, apprenticeships or vocational pathways, we wish them every success. We are confident that the knowledge, skills and values they have developed during their time here will provide a strong foundation for the future. St Peter's Catholic School is delighted to celebrate the achievements of our Year 13 pupils as they receive their A Level and BTEC results. These results reflect not only academic success, but also the resilience, determination, and commitment our pupils have demonstrated throughout their time in the Sixth Form.
We are incredibly proud of the Class of 2026 and all they have accomplished. Their achievements are the result of years of hard work, perseverance, and a willingness to embrace challenges, supported by a strong partnership between school, home, and the wider community.
Headline figures show:
A* - A – 32.5%
A* - B – 59.1%
A* - C – 87.3%
A* - U – 98%
As our pupils prepare to take their next steps, many will be progressing to universities across the country, including Oxford, Birmingham, Imperial College London and Edinburgh, while others will begin apprenticeships, employment, and alternative pathways that align with their ambitions and talents. We are excited to see them pursue their aspirations with confidence and purpose.
